谢湖均,男,1981年9月出生,浙江余姚人,博士,教授,硕士生导师,浙江省高校领军人才计划高层次拔尖人才,校西湖学者计划拔尖人才,中国化学会高级会员。现任bepaly体育党委委员、院长助理、分工会主席。2004年本科毕业于浙江大学,2009年博士毕业于厦门大学。2010-2014年分别在浙江大学和香港科技大学做博士后研究。曾获浙江工商大学优秀教师,教坛新秀,优秀学生科技创新导师,商李芳华我最喜爱的教师子质提名奖等荣誉称号。
主要从事食品胶体与营养、蛋白质聚集和凝聚、营养物质包埋与递送、酶(热/有机)催化、智能保鲜等领域研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金,浙江省自然科学基金,浙江省基础公益研究计划农村农业项目,中国博士后科学基金项目,厦门大学固体表面物理化学国家重点实验室开放课题,浙江省食品科学与工程重中之重一级学科开放基金和国际交流项目,企业项目等10余项。在Journal of the American Chemical Society (if=15),Angewandte Chemie International Edition
