秦玉梅，女，山东淄博人，博士。2012获浙江工商大学食品与科学专业博士学位；2013-2017年在美国 Monell Chemical Senses Center从事博士后研究工作；2017年6月起任职于bepaly体育。迄今主持和参加的科研项目有国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、浙江省食品科学与工程重中之重一级学科开放基金以及企业横向课题等。2017年获得第39届美国化学协会年会Polark 青年研究者奖。

2. 甜味、鲜味、苦味化合物口腔味觉特征认知评价
3. 苦味食物肠道功效机制
4. 肠道味觉营养
5. 新型体外肠道吸收模型建立与应用
